I’m unable to complete my application

I'm sorry you are having challenges completing your application.

Please expect an email over the next few days with the application link. You can look for that email with the subject line - Welcome to your ALX [Program name] Application. Do check your spam and promotions folders as well.

*Do not go back to the registration, as that will result in the error message you receive.

To successfully complete your application, there are a couple of things to be aware of;

  1. The session is timed.
  2. When you hit the ‘Next’ button, you cannot go back and re-do the assessment or change your answers.
  3. You can only log off from the application when you finish a section. You can only save your progress when you finish the whole section. Ensure to answer all the questions in a section.
  4. When you log out, you will find your progress saved when you log back in thus, it will be safe for you to proceed with the application.
  5. Your device should be fully charged, preferably at 100%, to avoid interruptions in the event of a power cut.
  6. Have backup data on a Hotspot device that is fully charged (100% charge). This will come in handy in the event of a power failure if you are using a Wi-Fi router.
